This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner inter alia seeking direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to seize the dilapidated building of school which is being run by respondent no.4. 2. Submissions have been made that despite making complaints in this regard, no action has been taken by the respondents. 3. In the petition, except for the representations made by the petitioner alleging the status of the building, nothing more has been produced to substantiate the allegations pertaining to the status of the building. 4. For invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under public interest jurisdiction, the petitioner is required to make out a case with supporting material, other than relying on the averments made in the representation. 5.
