This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to construct the Canal known as 'Madhya Ganga Nahar Nirman Khand-10' in Village Madala, Fatehpur, Sambhal in straight alignment. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that already a suit filed by the petitioner's mother on account of the alleged change of alignment is pending consideration before the competent civil court. Further, the petitioner apparently has rushed to this Court only in aid of the pending suit, which aspect is reflected from the fact that though the petition has been sworn on 09.11.2025, the same contains a representation said to have been made on 10.11.2025, which also is cursory and does not even raise the issue as sought to be raised in the present p
