This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the sanctions granted by respondent no. 5 i.e. Prayagraj Development Authority, clear the land from encroachments made by the private respondents and demolish the constructions being made by private respondents. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing PIL No. 1156 of 2024 which came to be decided on 19.06.2024 requiring the District Magistrate, Prayagraj to redress the grievance as raised by the petitioner in accordance with law. 3.
