Submissions have been made that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the District Magistrate, which is pending. 3. Filing of the present petition, while the statutory appeal is still pending, reference whereof has not been made in the petition, cannot be countenanced. The petition is, therefore, dismissed. 4.
