This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction for construction of interlocking road of Village Ugrasenpur @ Bibipur, Police Station Phulpur, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that on 03.11.2025, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia, Prayagraj has required the Block Development Officer, Pratappur to take action qua the same. 3. Filing of a PIL within eight (8) days of the order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, claiming the same to be in public interest, essentially seeking execution of the order dated 03.11.2025, cannot be countenanced. Once an authority has passed the order, it is up to the authority to ensure its compliance, filing of the PIL for the said purpose cannot be approved. 4. The petition is therefor
