This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner inter alia seeking to question the citizenship of respondent no.6 with the allegations that he has citizenship of both Nepal and India. 2. Allegations have been made that he is serving with respondent no.4 also. 3. As the petition did not indicate the source of the documents and the credentials of the petitioner wherein it was only indicated that petitioner is a local leader of Maharajganj, when certain queries were made regarding the procurement of the documents in question, the same reflect that petitioner has some vengeance against respondent no.6 based on which, an attempt is being made to take action against him. 4.
