This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction for conduct of inquiry against respondent nos. 6 to 9 and other unauthorised occupants for illegally occupying Gata Nos. 452Ka, 452Kh, 454, 374 and 376 which are public utility land (Pond, Bhita and Kali Devi Temple), situated in Mauza Akbarpur, Mohalla Pushiya, Tehsil Bindki, District Fatehpur. 2.
