This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to change the inquiry officer to ensure fair and impartial inquiry of the development works of Block Manda, District Prayagraj. 2. Submissions have been made that petitioner has made a complaint based on which the inquiry officer has been appointed, however, it is claimed that the inquiry officer has not undertaken the inquiry as per the allegations made by the petitioner and, therefore, inquiry officer be changed. 3. On a query being made, it was submitted by counsel for the petitioner that so far the inquiry report has not been submitted by the inquiry officer. 4.
