This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the setting up of mobile tower at Gata No. 255, Ward No. 3 situated at Yadav Colony Shikohabad, District Firozabad. 2. Submissions have been made that the petitioner has made several representations to the district administration against setting up of mobile tower, however, no action has been taken on the said representation. 3. Submissions have also been made that the mobile tower, if established, would affect the health of the people living around the said tower and, therefore, in public interest, the respondents be restrained from permitting erection of mobile tower at the said place. 4.
