This petition has been filed aggrieved of the inaction of the Pollution Control Board in taking action against respondent no.5 who is operating a Spice Mill in middle of the Abadi. 2. Learned counsel for the Pollution Control Board has produced instructions inter alia indicating that on 19.11.2025, recommendation has been made for taking action under Section 31A of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. 3. It appears that only after filing of the petition the respondents have initiated action, though they are well aware of the status of the industry. 4. In view thereof, it is expected of the respondents to take appropriate proceedings as now initiated by them with utmost expedition. 5. With the above directions, the peti
