This petition has been filed essentially seeking implementation of order dated 27.08.2024 passed in PIL No. 1302 of 2024. 2. Submissions were made that despite the directions of the Court requiring the State and Nagar Palika Parishad, Hapur to ensure that the construction of the drain takes place with expedition, no steps have been taken. 3. Counsel for the Nagar Palika Parishad, Hapur has produced Work Order dated 15.10.2025, issued to the contractor requiring the construction of the drain, which is the subject matter of the present PIL. 4. In view of the fact that work order has now been issued by the respondent - Nagar Palika Parishad, it is expected that the work in question would take place with expedition as per tender conditions. 5. The petition stands disposed of
