Submissions have been made that during the course of consolidation proceedings, the area of public utility land has been reduced considerably and the same has been recorded in the name of unauthorized persons and the representation made by the petitioner in this regard has not been adverted to. 3. In view of the submissions made, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of. 4. The respondent no. 2, Consolidation Commissioner, Lucknow is directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed by the petitioner with the said authority.
