The petition has been filed by the petitioner purportedly in public interest seeking a direction to the respondents to decide the application made by the petitioner with the allegation against the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Charwa, District Kaushambi. 2. Submissions have been made that on a complaint made, the Executive Officer has submitted his response to the District Collector, however, the District Collector has not taken any step for holding inquiry. 3. Having considered the submissions made, we do not find any reason to entertain the present P.I.L. Once a complaint has been made and the Executive Officer has given his response, it is for the District Collector to take a view qua the response given by him.
