This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents-authorities to remove the encroachment made by respondent nos. 7 to 10 over Arazi No. 84 admeasuring area .10 hectare recorded as 'Sahn Mosque', Arazi No. 86 area 0.39 hectare recorded as 'Sahn Mosque and Imambada' and Arazi No. 88 admeasuring area .13 hectare recorded as 'Sahn Imambada', contained as Annexure No. 1 to the petition. 2. Submissions have been made that respondent nos. 7 to 10 have encroached over the land in question and, therefore, respondent nos. 1 to 6 be directed to remove the encroachers and demolish the constructions raised by them.
