This petition has been filed requiring the respondents to hold preliminary inquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner. 2. Instructions have been produced, inter alia, indicating that on a complaint made by the petitioner, already Inquiry Officer has been appointed on 05.03.2025 and a reminder has been issued to him on 27.10.2025 to conclude the inquiry. 3. In view of the fact that inquiry has already been instituted, no case for entertaining the present petition any further is made out, the same is, therefore, disposed of. 4. It is expected of the respondents to decide the pending inquiry with expedition as the same is already pending for over 8 months and take action, in accordance with law. (Kshitij Shailendra,J.)
