This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking demolition of shops constructed over Gata No. 626, inter alia, claiming the same to be recorded as Gaddha in Village- Mudiya, Tehsil-Bisauli, District-Budaun. 2. Submissions have been made that petitioner made complaint regarding the construction of the shops by the Nagar Palika Parishad, however, a report was prepared, inter alia, indicating that out of 8 shops, more than 7 shops were within the land recorded as Abadi and a portion thereof only was within Gata No. 626. Further submissions have been made that petitioner was not involved while the inquiry was undertaken and therefore, the respondents be directed to demolish the shops in question. 3. Instructions have been produced, inter alia, indi
