This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment made by respondent nos. 6 and 7 in relation to land situated in Bithoor, District Kanpur Nagar. 2. Submissions have been made that respondent nos. 6 and 7 have encroached over the government land and are raising construction of a nursing home and four plots have already been sold by them. 3. A perusal of the petition indicates that allegations as made in the petition have been made in the representations made to the authorities, wherein the complaints made have been dealt with by the Tehsildar and the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Bithoor, Kanpur Nagar. 4.
