This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner who claims himself to be a student at the age of 37 years, seeking to question the allotment of retail outlet to respondent no.5 and the location of the retail outlet. 2. Several submissions have been made in the petition seeking to question the eligibility of respondent no.5 to get the retail outlet allotted, the purported influence of her husband who is in government service and questioning the location of the retail outlet alleging the same to be in violation of the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. 3.
