This PIL was filed by certain students regarding primary schools in the city of Allahabad being run and controlled by Basic Siksha Parishad. 2. Order was passed on 09.07.2014 directing the Director, Basic Education to conduct visit to the schools and take remedial measures, whereafter on 06.08.2014, based on the counter affidavit, the petitioners were granted time to go through the counter affidavit and carry out fresh inspections. 3. Apparently, after the filing of the counter affidavit, no further report has been produced contradicting the stand taken in the counter affidavit or the status indicated therein. 4. In view of the above, we do not find any reason to continue with the present PIL as
