This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to take immediate steps for removal of illegal iron kiosks/structures placed by the private respondents on the public path/ghat, including road in Narora District Bulandshahr forthwith. 2. Allegations have been made regarding respondent nos. 5 to 24 having encroached over the public path/road leading to the river, based on which, prayer has been made. 3. A perusal of the petition indicates that the representation made essentially pertains to some encroachments around one Irrigation Public School and on way to river Ganga and alleged misbehaviour by the shopkeepers by keeping kiosks over road in question. 4.
