This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking action against the authority concerned for alleged embezzlement in allotment of residential house under the scheme of 'Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana'. 2. Submissions have been made that respondent no. 6 was paid the amount under the scheme in the year 2016 and again, the same has been paid in the year 2021 and when the petitioner made complaint, the same was given a colour as if the petitioner himself was seeking the amount under the said scheme. Submissions have been made that the matter needs to be investigated. 3. A perusal of the petition indicates that qua the alleged wrong doing in the year 2021, in 2025 for the first time, the petitioner has made complaint. As to what has been the trigger
