This petition, purportedly in public interest,has been filed by the petitioner inter alia alleging encroachment by respondent nos. 6 to 9 over the road and public drain by way of cemented permanent constructions at Shiv Vihar Phase-II, Awadhpuri Sar Foota Road Bodla, Agra. 2. Submissions have been made that the petitioner is a resident of the said colony. Other than that nothing has been disclosed insofar as the credentials of the petitioner are concerned, except for quoting the special provisions as contained in Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952. 3. It is alleged that respondent nos. 6 to 9 have encroached over public road and despite the representations made by the residents of the colony to the Development Auth
