This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia seeking direction to the respondents to remove wastage dumped by the villagers in river Manorama in District Basti. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that certain pictures have been produced. The pictures in question only indicate water hyacinth (Jal Kumbhi) and do not indicate any kind of dumping having taken place. 3. The representation made, only makes certain assertions without there being any material to substantiate the said allegations. 4. In view thereof, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
