This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, seeking to question the order dated 11.06.2019 issued by the Director, Mines and Geology, Lucknow providing for the carriage of minerals as to the nature of transportation vehicles (trucks). 2. Submissions have been made that the e-MM-11 permit fees are being charged, based on the capacity of the vehicles, which capacity indicated based on the nature of vehicle is contrary to other applicable orders resulting in public requiring to pay more for the said minerals. 3.
