This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent no. 1 to take suitable steps in the light of Government Order dated 14.11.2024 and ensure the operation of Rajkiya Audyogic and Krishi Pradarshni as per the provisions of U.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1959 ('the Act'). 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner, a Press Reporter, has filed a representation, inter alia, alleging that the land which is owned by the Nagar Nigam has been wrongly recorded in the name of Rajkiya Audyogik and Krishi Pradarshni since the year 1990.
