This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent no. 2 to restrain respondent nos. 4 and 5 from grazing pigs in the vicinity of Village Ugrasenpur @ Bibipur, Police Station Phoolpur, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj. 2. On a query made to counsel for the petitioner as to whether any provision of law restricts grazing of pigs, the answer was in no. The allegations made pertain to nuisance and for that purpose, the petitioner has to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
