This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner alleging encroachment by respondent nos. 6 & 7 on the land comprising Araji No. 1687 recorded as 'Gaddha/Talab' situated in Ward No. 14, Sarokhanpur, Post Badlapur, Pargana Rari, Tehsil Badlapur, District Jaunpur. 2. Submissions have been made that respondent nos. 6 & 7 have encroached over public utility land and, therefore, action be initiated against them. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner has made representation inter alia indicating that a 'pucca' house and boundary wall have been constructed by respondent nos. 6 & 7 over the land in question and, therefore, a prayer has been made to the authority to remove the said encroachment.
