This PIL was filed by certain students questioning the construction of runnel and seeking a direction to the respondents to coordinate the activities of the State Board and resolve disputes among them. 2. Certain orders were passed by this Court on 23.06.2014 and 27.06.2014, whereafter it appears that no further progress in the matter has taken place as apparently the students, who have filed the petition, on 30.06.2014 itself indicated that they would not be able to pursue the litigation. 3. In view of the above fact situation, wherein apparently the cause for filing the PIL has come to an end, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, the same, therefore, stands disposed of.
