This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia seeking implementation of certain transfer orders passed in relation to the Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad. 2. The petitioner has not disclosed his credentials and in the affidavit filed, his occupation has been indicated as social worker. At the age of 30 years, claim of occupation as social worker cannot be countenanced. 3. Apparently, the petition has been filed at the behest of those who are otherwise interested. Filing of Public Interest Litigation of the present nature cannot be countenanced. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
