This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful use of the road of the Vasundhara Railway Colony, Varanasi to the resident of the Chanduwa Colony, Habibpura Colony, Saraswati Nagar Colony and Annapurna Nagar Colony, Varanasi. 2. Submissions have been made that though the land in question belongs to the respondents-Railways, on account of the construction being raised by the respondent No. 3 under the directions of the Railways, the right of way being used by the residents of the Colony for over 100 years is getting restricted and therefore, the respondents be directed not to interfere with the peaceful use of the road in question. 3.
