The grievance of the petitioner, in public interest,was that though a 100 bed Joint Hospital has been constructed in revenue Village Virsinghpur, District Sultanpur it was not yet operational. 4. An affidavit dated 15.5.2023 has been filed by the respondent/authority asserting otherwise. It is informed that as on 17.4.2023, the hospital has become operational. It appears that for this reason, none appears to press this PIL any further. 5. Accordingly, we dispose of this PIL, however with the caveat that if there is a cause still subsisting or the affidavit filed by the respondent authority is incorrect, the petitioner can seek a recall of this order or initiate fresh proceedings, a
