This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner with the allegations that respondent No. 6 is having illegal possession on Plot No. 3/139 situated at Man Pada, Subhash Bazar, in front of Anil Hozari, Kotwali ward, Agra and that the petitioner suggested the said respondent No. 6 to vacate the same but he refused. 2. Along with the petition, certain documents have been filed, wherein the Agra Development Authority has issued notices for stopping the construction undertaken by respondent No. 6 and counsel appearing for the Archaeological Survey of India has produced orders, inter alia, indicating complaints being made regarding the construction being raised by respondent No. 6 at the plot in question.
