This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register new cases in Revenue/R.O. Court, Mainpuri. 2. Instructions have been produced inter alia indicating that the Revenue Officer/Assistant Collector Ist Class have no jurisdiction to deal with the cases under the provisions of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and as soon as the said aspect came to the notice of the authority, the filing of the cases have been stopped. 3. Further submissions have been made that the said aspect has been discussed with the District Bar Association, Mainpuri, based on which all the agitations on the said aspect have been withdrawn. 4. In view of the above fact situation, no further orders are required to be passed in the present PIL, the same is accordingly disposed of. (Kshitij Shailendra, J) (Arun Bhan
