This petition has been filed seeking a direction for the removal of encroachment over the 'Pond', Gata No. 46, area 0.320 hectare situated at Paikauli, Pargana Bachauli Shahjahanpur, Tehsil Hata, District Kushinagar, and directing respondent no.4 to expedite hearing of Case No. 1227 of 2025 under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 ('the Code'). 2. A perusal of the record indicates that petitioner had filed Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 62 of 2025 for the same cause of action wherein direction was issued to decide the proceedings under Section 67 of the Code expeditiously, after affording proper opportunity to the parties. 3.
