Instructions have been produced by learned Standing Counsel inter alia indicating that on conclusion of inquiry, the respondent having been found guilty, a notice under Section 95(1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 has been issued on 15.10.2025 and that further proceedings in this regard would be undertaken by the respondents in accordance with law. 2. In view of the above fact situation, the present petition, which has been filed on account of inaction of the respondents on the complaint made and the proceedings initiated, has been rendered infructuous. The same is therefore, dismissed as having become infructuous.
