Let the petitioner approach the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Akbarpur, District- Ambedkar Nagar who may get the facts verified and see as to whether any action is required at his level or by the Nagar Palika under the Municipalities Act, 1916 or not, If it is required, then, he shall proceed to take such action in accordance with law. 4. If the petitioner is still aggrieved he shall be at liberty to pursue other remedies if there is a cause and if he has a locus in the matter. 5.
