After hearing the matter at length, what comes out is that long back there was some encroachment near the gate of SGPGI and there was also some obstruction of traffic, etc. on account of encroachments, but as of now, there is no encroachment and another gate has also been opened for accessing SGPGI. As regards the alleged encroachment by some shopkeepers, some proceedings have taken place and according to petitioner appearing in person even after dismissal of revision, the demolition orders have not been carried out.
