This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the inaction on part of the respondents despite issuance of notice under Section 95(1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 to respondent no.7. 2. Instructions have been produced inter alia indicating that the District Collector has passed order dated 13.11.2025 for final inquiry by constituting a Committee and the financial and administrative powers of the Gram Pradhan have been ceased. 3. In view of the above fact situation, wherein after filing of the petition, the respondents have proceeded to take steps in terms of the provisions of the Act, the petition stands disposed of. 4. It would be required of the respondents to ensure that the final inquiry and action pursuant thereto are taken with expedition. (Kshiti
