Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of subsequent developments, whereby the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh has passed resolution dated 24.08.2025 and Bar Council of India has passed resolutions dated 16.02.2025 and 08.10.2025, the grievance as raised by the petitioner in the petition stands resolved and therefore, the petition has been rendered infructuous. 2. In view of the submissions made, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
