This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking removal of illegal encroachment from Arazi no. 37, wherein 'some portion of the said Arazi is claimed to be in the shape of public conveyance road'. 2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the alleged encroachers. State has also produced instructions. 3. Looking to the overall facts wherein there appears to be a personal dispute between the petitioner and respondent nos. 6 and 7, wherein they are already in litigation and allegations and counter allegations have been made pertaining to the rights as well as the intentions in filing the Public Interest Litigation, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition. 4.
