This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove encroachment made by respondent no. 5 over Arazi No. 94 recorded as 'Nali' in the relevant revenue record, situated at Mauja Nizamuddinpura, Tehsil Sadar, District Mau. 2. Respondents were directed to produce instructions. 3. Instructions dated 26.08.2025 have been produced, inter alia, indicating that part of the encroachment, which was on Gata No. 94 i.e. back wall of the shop in question, has been removed which was over the government drain.
