The allegation is that the land in question was recorded as forest land, but was illegally entered/recorded in the name of private opposite party. The proceedings for correction of the records pertaining to the land in question were initiated by the State Authorities on 08.11.2023 which are still pending. 3. We do not appreciate pendency of such proceedings for so long. Let the same be concluded positively within two months unless there is any legal impediment. In the event the proceedings are not concluded within two months or no legal impediment is shown, the same would be intimated to the petitioner and he shall be at liberty to file a fresh petition. 4.
