This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking removal of illegal encroachment from Arazi No. 420 in the shape of Banjar land claiming the same to be a public utility land situated at Village Susuwahi, Tehsil Sadar, District Varanasi. 2. By the order passed by this Court, instructions were called and the District Magistrate was directed to file personal affidavit. 3.
