This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking removal of illegal encroachment of respondent nos. 7 and 8 upon the government land bearing Gata Nos. 1403 and 1406 (partly) situated near Nagar Panchayat Office, District Shahjahanpur. 2. By order dated 27.05.2025, time was granted to obtain instructions. 3. Instructions have been produced, inter alia, indicating that steps have been taken for removal of encroachment and revenue team and police force, as constituted by the District Magistrate, Shahjahanpur, have removed the encroachment. Along with the said instructions, the report prepared by Lekhpal and NHAI Authorities etc. have been annexed. The pictures have also produced for perusal of the Court. 4.
