This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner to stop running of the brick-kiln of respondent no. 5 with immediate effect. 2. When the matter came up before the Court, it was pointed out by the counsel appearing for respondent no. 5 that the petition was essentially an outcome of the dispute between the petitioner's father and respondent no. 5 and three inter se suits were pending between the parties in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Atrauli, Aligarh.
