A perusal of the petition indicates that claim has been made regarding the petitioner having sent representation from time to time, however, the representations, annexed with the writ petition, nowhere bears the name of the petitioner. They, apparently, have been sent by others, however, from where the petitioner has obtained the copies has not been indicated. 3.
