The petitioners allege embezzlement in the funds of Parent Teachers Association by the opposite party no.7 who happens to be in-charge principal of a Government inter college situated at Subeha, District- Barabanki. 2. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel says that an inquiry has already been initiated by the District Magistrate and the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion. 3. We, therefore, see no reason to proceed any further in the matter. 4. If, the petitioners have locus and there is a cause, they can initiate proceeding under criminal or civil law themselves or wait for the result of the inquiry. 5.
