The instant petition has been preferred seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the State authorities to remove the illegal encroachment over the pond land i.e. Gata No.472 minmumla are 0.018 hec situated at village Badaunadih, Pargana Aldemau, Tahsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur by the opposite parties no.6, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the State authorities to decide the recall application regard to the illegal encroachment over the Pond land i.e. Gata No.472 minjumla are 0.018 hec situated at village Badaunadih, Pargana Aldemau, Tahsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur by the opposite party no.6, in the interest of justice." 2.
