The petitioner no.1 himself would be the beneficiaries if reliefs as prayed for are granted, therefore, petitioner no.1 cannot maintain this PIL. He may file a petition separately if otherwise permissible. As regards, petitioner no.2 is concerned, we find that his credentials have not been disclosed, therefore, we cannot entertain this PIL on his behest also. 3. The petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty to petitioner no.1, as stated hereinabove, and to the petitioner no.2 to file a proper petition if there is a public cause. (Rajeev Bharti,J.) (R
