After preliminary inquiries, the District Magistrate, Sultanpur has already initiated a regular inquiry vide order dated 29.07.2025 and a committee has also been constituted in this regard vide said order. If there is no other legal impediment then the committee should conclude the inquiry and submit its report to the competent authority at the earliest. Of course, the inquiry will have to be conducted as per law and the affected party, if has right to hearing as per rule and law on the subject, will have to be heard, thereafter, a decision shall be taken by the District Magistrate concerned. 2.
